Is mediation right for me?

JLM will cover this during your intake meeting. JLM will ensure that mediation is suitable for your needs and interests. 

 

Feeling nervous about your mediation?

This is a confidential process and a safe space is created by JLM. Be assured that your time before and during your mediation, JLM will put your mind at ease.

Do I need support present with me?

If agreed by both parties, you can have someone alongside you in the mediation.

Is JLM a legal advisor?

JLM provides a legal mediation service, we do not give legal advice. It is recommended you seek legal advice from your lawyer.

What happens with the agreement at the end of the mediation?

JLM will write up your agreement at the end of the mediation and provide you with an electronic copy.
